The site of UBIW Studio, seven friends from HCMUS who build their own products. I build it end to end: a Next.js site whose interactive WebGL room lets the team, their seats and their things tell the story.

Challenge

Show a seven-person product team through its craft rather than a sales pitch, at a high frame rate on desktop and phones.

Approach

Built a statically exported Next.js 16 site on Cloudflare with build-time share images
Wrote an interactive WebGL room where the team, their seats, machines and photos carry the story
Kept motion on transform and opacity with Lenis scrolling, and paused loops off-screen for 60 fps

Outcome

A live team site at ubiw.space that is itself the showcase of the team’s craft.

Internal pricing and market-configuration tooling for research operations. I ship features, stabilize legacy modules, speed up data-heavy rendering, and guard releases with Vitest and Playwright.

Legacy pricing modules rendered heavy market data slowly. Form logic grew fragile with every release.

Rebuilt dynamic forms on React Hook Form + Zod for schema-safe validation
Optimized rendering paths for data-heavy screens across the Turborepo monorepo
Added Vitest unit coverage and Playwright smoke tests before every release
